How much does it cost to install a smart market?

There is no cost to you. We manage the installation, maintenance, repairs and restocking at zero cost to you. There is no purchase, lease or monthly fee for placing a machine in your location.

What happens if a machine runs out of products?

We have remotely manage the inventory at all of our locations enabling us to manage the restocking prior to inventory being too low and without you needing to report the low stock.

Can I request the specific items I want in my machine?

Absolutely! We want to partner with you to customize the products to your locations and what they want.

Who handles the repairs?

We handle the repairs as well. We receive remote alerts on our machines so that we can address issues immediately without you needing to report them.

How do you handle security and theft?

Our micro-markets are designed for secure, badge-access areas like apartment lobbies, private clubhouses, or gated corporate breakrooms. Furthermore, our self-checkout kiosks are equipped with high-definition security cameras and transaction-tracking software to strictly monitor inventory and deter shrinkage.
